Matt and Dave's Policies:

Each individual product must be tested by the user.

Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC does our best to make the best clays we can.
As our materials are natural, inconsistencies and changes in our product can and will occur.
If we make a changes to our formula we will announce the changes through our blog www.slipcast.blogspot.com.
Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC will refund the purchase price of any returned, unused 15lb. bags of clay, 1 gallon jugs of casting slip, or 8oz bottles of Stuck Up Slip.

All returns to Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns after that period will not honored.

Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred in the distribution or return of any products.

Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC is not responsible for the condition or failure of any packaging.

Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC is not responsible for any damage incurred in the shipping process.

Matt and Dave' Clays, LLC has no responsibility for fired products, including but not exclusive to, clay durability, deformation, texture, cracking, fired appearance, color, consistency, effect of atmosphere or firing condition, or translucency.

There are thousands of glaze formulas available, because of this Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC has no responsibility for any surface treatments applied by the user. This including but is not exclusive to, glaze, slip, or terra sigillata. Flaws including but not exclusive to crazing, pin-holing, crawling, or shivering are the responsibility of the user.  Users are responsible for testing all surfaces.

Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC takes no responsibility of any glaze products not manufactured by Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC.

Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC is not responsible for glaze or surface products applied to clay products made by anyone other than Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC.

Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC takes no responsibility for our products when used in conjunction with any clay or glaze products not made by Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC.

All liquid products must be checked for settling and re-mixed before each use.

As each user prefers different moisture contents, Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC is not responsible for the moisture content levels or variations.

Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC takes no responsibility for any air found in clay products.

Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC is not responsible for softness of clays more than 120 days past date of purchase. We will honor returns for moisture content up to 30 days of purchase.

As each Kiln and firing may be different, Matt and Dave's Clays, LLC must set a standard for firings. The firing standards for Matt and Dave's Clays are the Orton Cone Temperature of ^6 for Mid- Temperature and ^10 for High Temperature. Temperatures must also be verified with a Pyrometric Control Ring.
